  • 100% satisfaction guarantee. If dissatisfied for any reason with any product, you will receve a full refund of the purchase price, as long the item(s) are returned in new, unused condition and include a copy of the invoice.

    Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date and must include a return number. Obtain a return number by contacting us via email at info@themerryvegan.com Please include your order number.

    Shipping is refundable only if we shipped you a product you did not order. You will be reimbursed for the return postage.

    If a shipped package is refused or undeliverable and returned to us you will be notified. We will reship to you, but you pay the full shipping cost. You can also cancel the order, and we will restock the refused/undeliverable shipment for a 15% fee, the only time we charge a restocking fee.

    We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
